I hate to mention it, but on my order of the high-intensity key chain light, CR2032 batteries were included. The package for the key chain light says that it takes two, 3 volt, 2016 batteries. Can you send me the 2016 batteries instead? I think your company will be at the Victorian Country Christmas in Puyallup in December and I can return the CR2032s to you then if that is okay. Thanks Much- J.S. ****************************** This summer, my brother, who is in the Navy, was transferred to a new place and in the chaos, Rachael, my four year old niece completely missed out on the Fourth of July fireworks. I searched online for something to send her to substitute. Of all the online stores that sell light type products, the only one that responded to my inquires was GlitterBug LIghts. The owners, Duane and Janice Kanar, responded almost immediately to my email to them where I explained how sad my niece was to miss all the fireworks. They responded with great ideas from their wonderful and fun supply of unique lighted items. Already touched by their professionalisms, I choose to purchase a few items from them to send to my niece. The kindness by the Kanars and their staff continued after the sale as they went the extra mile to include beautiful packaging and other special items to cheer up a little girl they have never met. Needless to say, my niece was thrilled and my family and I are deeply touched by the thoughtfulness displayed by Duane and Janice and their staff. It filled my heart with joy to rediscover that great people are still in the world who have such caring and loving hearts. On one side we're announcing how great our customer service is and on the other (your) side, we're somehow completely misplacing an order sheet. We have your order in our computer system, but somehow the paperwork went missing and your order was never completed. We see where you ordered a single light a bit before this order. That order was shipped. We have always had all the items you ordered in stock, so there's no excuse there. We show many other orders placed and shipped on the day yours came in and they were all shipped. Weird. Needless to say, we are embarassed and apologetic. Your order will be shipped today by Priority Mail and we will include extra items in hope that you will consider them in your decision whether to forgive us or not. I did not order very many today, but I will introduce the possibilities of ordering a fairly large number of the lights to sell at the various fundraisers we have throughout the year! I am very involved with the school board and teachers as well as the sports programs. We have approx. 1200 students in our district . In fact, they were so well thought out that I am now ordering more of a few of those things. I know your trickster ways!! Anyway, I also ordered a set of the finger lights, and was looking at your replacement batteries and see that you do not carry the batteries that come in them. Is there a suitable replacement battery that you do carry that would work for these? Also, in the description of the blinky binky, is says that they come with a neck string to wear, but none of mine did. STILL!!
