Q: If I order today, how soon will my package be shipped?
A: We are very diligent about getting our orders out ASAP. If an order is received early enough in the day, it will go out that very day.

Q: How do the GLITTERBUG Blinky pins work?
A: Operation of the GLITTERBUG PINS

1. The Blinky pins use 2 CR927 batteries to make the lights blink. These are like little watch batteries. They will last about 10-12 hours of steady use or much longer if you rest them every once in awhile.

2. Tighten down the back of the unit like screwing in a lightbulb until the lights begin to flash. There is a small plastic “O” ring that is being compressed inside the light and some rings are thicker than others so more pressure might be needed to turn these lights on. All Blinky lights are pre-tested briefly before packing.

3. To turn the light back off, simply untighten until the lights stop.

4. On the very back of the unit is a very small disk magnet. SLIDE this magnet off of the back and put it behind your clothing, hat, apron or whatever and put the pin on the front. There is another magnet inside of the pin and the two working together are quite strong. You do NOT unscrew the back of the unit in any way to attach it.

5. BATTERY REPLACEMENT: Open the unit…pop out old batteries( it sometimes helps to remove the backing magnet)…insert 2 new batteries(flat side of batteries facing to rear)…tighten the back piece into place. VOILA! Your light should blink like new! Very important… There is a magnet INSIDE of the unit which must be left in place.

Q: What is the advantage of LED technology over regular incandescent lights?
A: LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) are much much more efficient than regular incandescent lights. Batteries in regular flashlights are depleted with only a few hours of use. Some of our flashlights can be left on for hundreds of hours on the same batteries. Our Lightwasher and Lightsprite Moodlights use only 3 Watts of AC power and create no heat.

Q: If I order from you, is my credit card information secure?
A: YES! GLITTERBUG LIGHTS accepts payments through the PAYPAL system. With PAYPAL, we do NOT see the customer credit card information nor is it ever transmitted to the our computer system. PAYPAL is an extremely secure method of payment.

Q: Does GLITTERBUG LIGHTS ever divulge, sell or share any customer information with any other companies for any reason?
A: Plain and simple... ABSOLUTELY NOT! Our customers can shop with us with complete confidence that their information will never be shared with any other companies.

Q: What is the Glitterbug Lights return policy?
A: Glitterbug Lights will accept for a full refund for up to 2 weeks after shipping any item which is defective due to manufacturing problems. Nearly all items shipped by Glitterbug Lights are briefly tested before shipping to avoid problems with defective items.
Frankly,because we offer free shipping, we really don't want folks ordering things just to inspect them. We try to be very honest and realistic in our description of all products sold by our company.
Any returns beyond those for defective merchandise will be authorized on a case by case basis. Items that cannot be made "whole" again (ie. damaged, non changable batteries, packaging that cannot be put back to new condition, etc.) can NOT be returned.
